Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNJo marketing website and user panel. It explains the data needed to provide subscription services, how that data is used, and how to make a request. When you visit international websites, those sites handle data under their own policies; this policy does not replace them.
Account and Order Information
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The service processes usernames and authentication credentials to identify accounts, maintain login sessions and protect account access. Registration does not require an email address. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username or support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference and refund processing details. They are used to activate subscriptions, reconcile payments and handle after-sales requests. Account usage totals and subscription status are used for data-usage billing and benefit management. Information submitted in a support ticket, such as issue descriptions, attachments and replies, is used to investigate that issue. Please remove credentials and other sensitive information before submitting.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNJo does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, destination URLs or communication content, or keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Account traffic totals are used to calculate usage and are not records of individual website visits.
During a connection, information temporarily processed to transmit data is used only for the current communication and is not retained as a historical connection log. Troubleshooting relies on error messages and necessary diagnostic information voluntarily provided by the user. Diagnostic materials are retained as needed to handle the support ticket and are not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Website and user-panel visit statistics are covered in the next section and are distinct from acceleration connection logs.
Visit Statistics and Local Storage
Website visit statistics help assess page visits, referral categories, device types and how visitors reach the site. This information is used to improve content and identify page issues; websites visited through an acceleration connection are not collected. Analytics are not intended to build personal browsing profiles.
Cookies and local storage support functions such as necessary session identification, login credentials and language preferences. Logging out or clearing the browser's site data removes the corresponding local state; you may need to log in again and reset your preferences afterward. Removing local data does not also delete server-side account or order records. Log out after using a shared device.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment service processes each payment, and its privacy rules apply to the payment information it collects. VPNJo receives the payment result and transaction reference needed to verify an order. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
The service does not sell account information. When data must be provided to complete a payment, deliver the service or respond to a valid legal request, only information necessary for that purpose is shared. Third-party pages may follow different data practices; please review their notices before proceeding.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while account services are provided. Support tickets and diagnostic materials are kept until the issue and any necessary review are complete. Visit statistics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or disconnected from identifiable information. Order, refund and transaction records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable law; no unconfirmed universal deletion period is specified.
To access, correct or delete account information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. Information that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes will be restricted to the relevant purpose, and the reason it cannot be deleted immediately will be explained.
Policy Updates and Related Information
Revisions to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If a new use requires separate consent, a policy update will not replace that process.
For questions about data processing, contact support through a user-panel ticket. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Refund Policy for refund information.
